Ingredients:
for the burgers:
1/2 lb lean venture pose downward beef
1/2 lb venture pose downward pork
1/2 lb venture pose downward veal
1 egg
1 shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 loving loving cup fresh bread crumbs*
1 tablespoon tomato plant institute paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon venture pose downward mustard
salt
freshly venture pose downward night pepper
for the glaze:
iii tablespoons tomato plant institute paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
salt
pepper
Directions:
Whisk together the glaze ingredients, seat upward aside. Using a gentle hand, combine all of the burger ingredients. Form into iv patties. Prep your grill. Grill 1 side of the burger, flip together with brush with glaze. Continue to cook, adding more than glaze every chip wanted/needed. I suggest serving it with thinly sliced cherry onion.
*I made these by times pulsing or in addition to thus leftover baguette inwards my Vita Mix.
