Pre-Recipe Editorial: I lead noticed that many Food Network cooking shows revel inward the French language. For example, Alton Brown continually calls the usual light-green edible edible bean by times its French nurture haricot vert. Come on now, does that build them feel of relish better? I don’t yell upwards so. Recipe titles like Crème Brûlée literally translates to burnt cream; that sounds more than like a kitchen accident to me. I guess I lead issues, ha! ha!
The debate I lead this upwards today, is that I works today’s recipe inward the latest case of Pillsbury Bake-Off magazine. It is called Breakfast Brûlée (yes, yous guessed it = burnt breakfast)…go figure. This piffling recipe deserves a much better title; it is a quick equally good equally delicious weekend breakfast treat.
2 eggs
¼ loving loving cup whipping cream
1/8 teaspoon dry out argue nutmeg
(2) one-half dozen ounce 99% obese unloose vanilla yogurt
(1) 16 oz. metro system Pillsbury Grand biscuits (Flaky style)
Heat oven to 375F equally good equally spray 8 one-half dozen ounce ramekins or custard cups alongside cooking spray; identify them on a cookie sheet that has edges.
