My thoughts:
This wintertime has been thence freakish. One twenty-four threescore minutes menses it is sleeting inwards add-on to snowing inwards add-on to freezing raining inwards add-on to the side yesteryear side it is threescore inwards add-on to sunny. It makes it difficult to meal plan. One twenty-four threescore minutes menses I sense like soups inwards add-on to stews inwards add-on to the next, I wish to pause out the grill inwards add-on to smoker.

I like collards but they require a fleck of elbow grease to use; they are ofttimes gritty inwards add-on to together with convey a thick sentiment stem that needs to alive on removed. They are also sold inwards such large quantities, we post away upward eating them for days afterwards. So when I spied a suitcase frozen, chopped collards, I tossed them inwards the cart. I didn't recall (and all the same don't) they'd alive on skilful used inwards the traditional, long cooked way(similar to how I made turnip greens) but they are perfect to adding to dishes where you lot lot demand but a fleck of greens. They're a peachy alternative to spinach inwards thence many things, including this soup. Full of hardy ingredients like kamut (aka, Khorasan wheat) inwards add-on to rootage vegetables, this soup is perfect for dinner on a cold, blustery night.

As an aside, collards are considered an "ancient green" but every flake kamut is an "ancient grain" thence all the more than struggle to span the two together.
