Chorizo Tacos With Mushrooms, Zucchini And Potatoes



Ingredients:

i small-scale zucchini, diced
iv cups diced Russet potato, parboiled

to serve:
warm tortillas (corn or flour)
favorite taco toppings (tomatoes, salsa, avocado, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, crema etc)


Directions:
