Ingredients:
1 1/2 stalk celery, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
ii cloves garlic, minced
1 cubanelle pepper, diced
1 1/2 loving loving cup cooked crawfish tails*
1/3 loving loving cup mayonnaise
3/4 loving loving cup asadero or mozzarella cheese
1/4 loving loving cup grated Parmesan
1-2 Italian sandwich loaves
Directions:
Heat a small-scale full of canola unsmooth crude oil inwards a skillet. Add the celery, onion, garlic equally good pepper equally good saute until the onion is soft equally good translucent. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes. Scrape into a medium bowl equally good add together together the crawfish, mayo, equally good cheese. Stir to combine. Set aside.

*I used crawfish tails leftover from a crawfish boil. If yous are using fresh/frozen unflavored tails, toss inwards some Cajun seasoning. Mine were well-seasoned already.
