Ingredients:
ane plain of breadstuff (I used sliced brioche)
1/3 loving loving cup milk

3 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon paprika
ane onion, chopped
8 oz sliced force mushrooms
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
ane 2/3 loving loving cup beef stock
2-3 tablespoons superfine flour (like Wondra)
sea salt
freshly soil nighttime pepper
Directions:
Soak the breadstuff inwards the milk inwards a small, shallow bowl. When fully soaked, crush out the excess milk together with as well as so recess into fry pieces. Mix amongst the meat, grated onion, kale, 2/3 of the garlic, paprika, tabular array tabular array salt together with pepper. Form into 4--6 small, story patties. Heat unsmooth stone oil inwards the pan. Cook until quite browned on both sides together with nearly cooked through. Remove to a plate together with covert inwards foil.
Add the remaining onion, garlic together with mushrooms together with saute until the onions are translucent. Add the stock, spices together with whisk inwards the flour. Return the patties to the pan together with laid until the sauce has reduced together with the patties are fully cooked. Serve at exhibit over potatoes or noodles.
