Ingredients:
1-pint cherry tomatoes, halved
8 oz container's worth of drained fresh mozzarella balls "ciliegine" size (1/3 oz each), halved
1/4 of 1 crimson onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons nonpareil capers
1 sweetness marconi pepper, minced*
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 loving loving cup white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
bounding primary salt

Directions:
Toss together the tomatoes, cheese, pepper also as onion inwards a medium bowl. Set aside. Whisk together the capers, garlic, vinegar, oil, tabular array common salt also as pepper. Serve at 1 time or marinate upwards to iv hours prior to serving.
*I used a majestic marconi pepper because that is what I had. A greenish marconi pepper or fifty-fifty half a cubanelle would run every bit well.
