Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
ii leeks, thinly sliced (white parts only!)
v oz shiitake mushroom caps, sliced
1 pint oysters, drained together with liquid reserved
1/3 loving loving cup half together with half
1 bunch floor leafage parsley, chopped
ii slices bacon, cooked together with crumbled
1 sleeve saltines, crushed (about 1 cup) together with toasted*
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter inwards a skillet. Saute the leeks together with mushrooms until the leeks are soft together with translucent. Scrape into a medium bowl together with toss with oysters, parsley together with bacon. Stir inwards spices, half together with half, together with 1/4 loving loving cup oyster liquid. Pour into a buttered, shallow ii qt baking dish.
Top with toasted saltines. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges together with the oysters are cooked through.
*I toasted them inwards a dry out out skillet for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally
