Ingredients:
i 1/3 loving loving cup flour
1/2 loving loving cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 loving loving cup lite dark-brown sugar
1/2 loving loving cup sugar
i egg, at room temperature
i 1/2 tablespoons Tuaca
two tablespoons coarse Cara Cara orangish zest*
1/2 teaspoon argue ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
i loving loving cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Line two cookie sheets amongst parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the dry out out ingredients. In a large bowl, cream the butter inward add-on to sugars until lite inward add-on to fluffy. Add the egg, zest inward add-on to Tuaca inward add-on to combine thoroughly. Gradually add together together the dry out out ingredients to the butter mixture inward add-on to mix until a really thick dough forms. Fold inwards the chips. Form cookies past times dropping i heaping teaspoon of dough two inches apart. Flatten slightly thence bake until lite brown, most 12 minutes. Slide them out on the parchment paper on to a wire rack inward add-on to permit them to cool 1-2 minutes on the parchment on the wire rack before removing the parchment inward add-on to allowing them to cool involve on the wire rack.
*Or regular oranges. I purpose this to coarsely zest my orange.
