Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
i 3/4 lb volume turkey sage sausage
ii eggs, beaten
i loving loving cup matzo meal
canola oil
Directions:
Place the beaten egg inwards a shallow dish. Place the matzo repast inwards a divide upward dish. Set aside. Heat i inch inwards a skillet.
Separate the sausage into 12 equal portions. Form each into a 1/4 inch thick patty. Place the egg inwards the eye of each sausage. Wrap the sausage completely to a greater extent than or less the egg. Dip inwards beaten egg thence dredge inwards crumbs. Fry the eggs inwards batches, turning frequently, until browned on all sides.
Drain on paper towel-lined plates.
