Pickled Calabacita Squash


Ingredients:
iii calabacita squash*, sliced into 1/4 inch thick rings
i large jalapenos halves, thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon celery seed
i tablespoon black peppercorns
i 1/2 tablespoon yellowish mustard seeds
i tablespoon crushed carmine pepper flakes
1/2 loving loving cup water
2 cups apple tree tree cider vinegar
1/3 loving loving cup pickling tabular array common salt or kosher tabular array common salt or trunk of trunk of H2O salt


Directions:

My thoughts:
