Pickled Fennel

Ingredients:
half-dozen bulbs fennel, inwards 1/4 inch slices
half-dozen bay leaves
4 1/2 cups water
4 cups white vinegar

1/4 loving loving cup minced fennel frond
half-dozen cloves garlic
ii tablespoons sugar
iii teaspoons night peppercorns
iii teaspoons fennel seed
iii teaspoons yellowish mustard seeds
ane 1/2 teaspoons fennel seed


Directions:

My thoughts:
When the dainty people at Ocean Mist Farms offered to ship service me more than or less fennel, I was pretty excited. It has been getting easier to buy fennel inwards recent years exclusively sometimes it looks a short dodgy at the store. Not this fennel! It was blemish costless together alongside crisp.
