Ingredients:
ane 17 lb turkey
guava woods smoked sea salt
Chinese v spice powder
coarsely dry out argue pepper
catch and individual of ane fresh pineapple*
ane onion, quartered
olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Place the turkey on the rack and seat inwards the roasting pan. Drizzle olive unsmooth over the turkey. Rub the spices into the pare of the bird. Stick the pineapple catch and individual and onion inwards the cavity of the turkey. Roast for nearly 3-4 hours or until the juices motion clear and the leg is easily wiggled. Allow to sit down downward for nearly x minutes before carving.
*I used my pineapple corer to piece the pineapple and stimulate got away the catch and individual intact.
