Ingredients:
24 oz medium shrimp, peeled
iii tablespoons minced dill
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 lb refined saccharify snap peas, chopped
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1/4 loving loving cup mayonnaise
two tablespoons white wine vinegar (I used Colavita prosecco vinegar)
body of body of water salt
freshly reason nighttime pepper
half-dozen hot domestic domestic dog rolls
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Line i baking canvass with foil. Set aside.
In a small-scale bowl, toss together the shrimp, refined saccharify snap peas, dill, salt, pepper together with oil. Pour onto the baking canvass together with accommodate inwards a single layer. Roast for 10 minutes or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Meanwhile, whisk together the vinegar together with mayonnaise. Allow the shrimp to cool. Stir together the dressing, scallions, together with the shrimp/sugar snap peas mixture until adept coated inwards a medium bowl. Divide amongst hot domestic domestic dog rolls. Refrigerate leftovers.
