Shrimp Miso Noodle Soup


Ingredients:
3-4 tablespoons aka miso (red miso)
5.3 oz beech mushrooms, roots removed
1 bunch light-green onions, chopped (green as good as white parts)
3/4 loving loving cup matchstick-cut carrots
1 1/4 loving loving cup diced okra
ii cloves garlic, minced
1 lb shrimp (small-medium)
12 oz fresh rice noodles
cilantro for garnish (optional)


Directions:
Whisk miso gum into 1 1/2 quarts body of water inward a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add the mushrooms, light-green onion, carrot, okra as good as garlic as good as render to a boil.
