Spam + Peas + Rice Frittata



Ingredients:
8 eggs, beaten
one 1/2 loving loving cup frozen or fresh peas
one 1/2 loving loving cup cooked white rice
12 oz Spam lite, cubed

one clove garlic, minced
sea salt

Directions:
