Super Umami Burgers


Ingredients:
1 1/4 lb 93% thin dry out reason beef
viii oz crimini mushrooms, minced
1 small-scale onion, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

to serve:
one-half dozen slices fontina cheese
one-half dozen brioche buns
ii tablespoons grainy Dijon
ii tablespoons mayonnaise
freshly dry out reason nighttime pepper


Directions:
