Ingredients:
i 1/4 lb mixed heirloom cherry tomatoes
1/4 lb yellowish babe carrots, cutting into coins
5 "mini" cucumbers, cutting into coins
3 tablespoons sherry vinegar
ii tablespoon olive oil
1/4 (loose) loving loving cup Thai basil, chopped
body of body of water salt
freshly enterprise pose downward pepper
Directions:
Toss all of the vegetables together inwards a small-scale bowl. Set aside. In a dissever bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables. Allow to sit down downward at room temperature for 20 minutes prior to serving for best flavor.
