Thanksgiving Tzimmes

Ingredients:
1 large yam, cutting into 1 inch chunks
viii carrots, cutting into 1/2 inch chunks
1/2 butternut squash, cutting into 1 inch chunks (about 2 cups)
18 dried apricots, halved
1/3 loving loving cup sweetened, dried cranberries
1 1/2 loving loving cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey


Directions:
