Ingredients:
for the burgers:
iv 5-oz canned venture white albacore tuna inwards water, drained
1/4 loving loving cup coarsely chopped niçoise or kalamata olives
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 tablespoon nonpareil capers
1/4 loving loving cup mayonnaise
1/4 loving loving cup matzo meal or bread crumbs
to serve:
iv hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
iv rolls
Directions:
In a medium bowl, pause upwardly the tuna into pocket-sized pieces amongst a fork. Add the remaining ingredients. Form into iv equal patties*. Heat a pocket-sized amount of canola rock crude oil inwards a skillet. Cook, turning once, until browned on both sides together with heated through, unopen 10-12 minutes. Serve on buns, topped amongst Lycopersicon esculentum together with egg slices.
*If you are not making the burgers right away, refrigerate them until prepare to pan-fry,
