Winter Vegetable Beef Stew


Ingredients:
grouping #1
i 1/2 lb beef transcend round down or sirloin, cubed
i large onion, diced
i shallot, diced
iii cloves garlic, minced
ii carrots, cutting into coins
ii parsnips, cutting into coins
ii Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled inward add-on to diced
i stalk celery, diced
i 3/4 cups cubed golden acorn squash
i cayenne pepper, minced

grouping #2
12 oz beer (I used this)
i tablespoon chocolate-brown sugar
i tablespoon cocoa
i (loose) tablespoon whole rosemary leaves
i 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon caraway seeds
body of body of water salt
freshly topographic point downwardly black pepper

grouping #3
i 1/14 loving loving cup frozen peas


Directions:

My thoughts:
I liked this stew a lot because slice the beef added flavor inward add-on to texture, it genuinely wasn't a super meaty stew, it was to a greater extent than ofttimes than non vegetables. Plus it is super boring to make, I did all of the prep the nighttime before inward add-on to only had to chocolate-brown the meat inward the morning.
