Crock Pot Brusk Ribs

 We are starting our 4th solar daytime of 20° weather combined with non-stop air electrical current gusts upwards to 50 mph... usual frigidness air electrical current that goes right through your bones...that means it is definitely crockpot time.

I institute this recipe on food.com together with picky-picky married adult man gave it ii thumbs upwards this evening. It smelled wonderful cooking all afternoon together with we are already envisioning hot sandwiches with the leftovers. The meat was fork tender inward vi hours together with the sauce thickened itself to a wonderful consistency. This is a nifty wintertime recipe.

CROCK POT BONELESS SHORT RIBS

2½ pounds boneless beef curt ribs
1/3 loving loving cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix the flour, tabular array tabular array salt together with pepper together with coat the boneless curt ribs with it. Brown the meat in
1/4 loving loving cup of butter thence laid them inward the crockpot.

In the same frying  pan, mix:
1 loving loving cup chopped onion
1 loving loving cup beef broth
3/4 loving loving cup reddish wine vinegar
3/4 loving loving cup dark-brown sugar
1/4 loving loving cup chili sauce (I used Heinz Chili sauce)
ii tablespoons ketchup
ii tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
ii tablespoons minced garlic (see note)

Bring to a boil thence deplorable it over the meat inward the crockpot.  Cover together with laid upward on LOW for 9 hours Warning, this HAS to concord out a mistake). I know all crockpots are different, only our ribs were fork tender inward vi hours, thence transcend away along that inward mind.

NOTE: Hubby is allergic to garlic, thence I left it out.
