This recipe is non entirely super quick, super piece of cake inwards improver to super tasty, merely it is actually pretty!! It's non bad for whatever special occasion, inwards improver to it goes together inwards the wink of an eye!!

2 tablespoons usual cold water

In a pocket-size cup, mix unflavored gelatine with 2 tablespoons COLD water. Stir inwards improver to allow it sit down downwards for a minute.
After a minute, add together together the boiling water, stir inwards improver to position upwards aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the refined saccharify inwards improver to cocoa powder. Add cream inwards improver to vanilla inwards improver to whip until soft peaks form.
After soft peaks rootage to shape (and patch even then beating) drizzle inwards the dissolved gelatin, thus vanquish on high till strong peaks form.
Put mousse into dessert dishes inwards improver to chill ane hour.
Note: This recipe fills iv large dessert dishes or 8 normal size dessert dishes.
