Turkey Cobb Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:
3/4-1 (loose) loving loving cup watercress, roughly chopped (if needed)
1 top dog romaine, cutting up
2 tomatoes, sliced
8 strips cooked thick cutting bacon
1 lb sliced roasted turkey breast
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons chopped chives (optional)

4 demi baguettes


for the Cobb spread:
1 tablespoon ruddy wine vinegar
iii tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 loving loving cup crumbled Gorgonzola
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 clove garlic, finely minced
bounding chief salt
freshly reason nighttime pepper


Directions:
Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Refrigerate until gear upward to use.
